Hey, guys! Today we are going over the quickest and easiest recipe for aloo tikki, a snack originally from North India.

Ingredients:

- 1/4 of a Cup of Bread Crusts or Slices

- 3/4 of a Pot of Cold Water

- 3 Potatoes

- 3 Green Chilies

- 1/2 of an Onion

- 3/4 of a Cup of Frozen Peas

- 1 Inch of Ginger

- 1 Handful of Cilantro

- Salt, as Desired

- 2 Teaspoons of Chili Powder

- 2 Teaspoons of Garam Masala

- 1 1/2 Teaspoons of Freshly Ground Cumin

- 5 Tablespoons of Flour
