The process of creating sugar cookies usually goes something like this:
1. Softening the butter.
2. Creaming the butter and sugar, by hand, because you realized that you can't find your stand mixer. 😏
3. Cracking your egg.
4. Noticing that you inadvertently cracked in a shell. 😫
5. Struggling to get out the eggshell.
6. Dramatically collapsing on your sofa! 🥴

Basically, baking cookies is a hassle, especially when you are running to get to your family reunion with two jugs of milk and a pie in hand! (Or, in a broader sense, when you really need those cookies!) So, today, we are sharing an easy recipe to make sugar cookies in your microwave! This recipe takes LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES and is an amazing pick-me-up for one of those days when you just cannot. (😂)
Just to make this recipe even better, (Did you think it could be?), it contains NO EGG OR BUTTER whatsoever, making this a friendly dessert even for those who have dairy/egg allergies/intolerances!

This recipe makes one serving.
Ingredients:
- 2 ½ tablespoons milk
- 1 ½ tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon yogurt
- ½ teaspoon Madagascar vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon honey
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
I topped it off with some vanilla glaze!
