Healthy and Tasty Sprouts!

Hey guys! Today, I made these amazing sprouts ! It tasted really good and I couldn't stop eating it! This recipe make four servings so if you want more or less, make sure to double or half the measurements. Ingredients: - 1 Cup of Moong Dal - 4 Cups of Water ***YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE ANY OF THE INGREDIENTS*** Steps: 1. In a bowl, pour the lentils and wash them. 2. After rinsing them, drain it and add four cups of water. 3. Cover with a lid for 24 hours. 4. Rinse and drain the lentils again. 5. In a mason jar, fill it 1/4 of the way with the lentils.
6. Take a piece of paper/ cheese cloth and secure it to the top with a rubber band.
7. Repeat for the other mason jar and leave them overnight.
8. The next day, rinse and drain them again.
9. Repeat everyday, until you see sprouts.
