How to make 2 kinds of Puff Pastries!

Hey guys! Here are two recipes for some amazing puff pastries. These recipes show how to make croissants and french pastries. Enjoy!

French Pastries:

Ingredients:

1/2 cup sugar

2 tsp cinnamon

1 thawed puff pastry sheet

Directions:

  1. combine cinnamon and sugar to make cinnamon sugar and set aside.

  2. roll out your thawed puff pastry sheet into a square shape

  3. fold the ends of the sheet into the middle multiple times until it is completely rolled up

  4. cut the roll into bite-sized pieces

  5. coat in the cinnamon sugar that you made before.

  6. bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

Croissants:

Ingredients:

1 thawed puff pastry sheet

1 egg

2 tbsp water

Directions:

  1. roll out your thawed puff pastry sheet.

  2. cut into small triangle slices and roll up to get the croissant shape.

  3. mix your egg and water and brush it on top of the croissants.

  4. bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
