How to make Curry Puffs!

Hi guys! Here is a recipe for curry puffs. They come out so good and flavorful. I hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients:

1 large onion, diced

2 carrots, diced

1 boiled potato, diced

3 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves crushed ginger

1 tbsp grated ginger

1 tsp subzi masala

1 tsp garam masala

1/4 tsp turmeric

1 cup frozen peas

salt, to taste

1 tsp black pepper

1/3 cup water or vegetable stock

2 tbsp coriander

2 puff pastry sheets


Directions:

  1. Heat up stove and add olive oil.

  2. Saute the onions in the oil for 4 to 5 minutes.

  3. Add garlic and mix.

  4. Add the ginger and mix.

  5. Add subzi masala and garam masala. Mix.

  6. Add the turmeric and mix.

  7. Then, add the carrots and saute them in the mixture.

  8. Add the frozen peas and mix well.

  9. Add the potatoes. Mix.

  10. Season with salt and black pepper.

  11. Add red chili powder.

  12. Add the water/vegetable stock and coriander. Mix well.

  13. Turn off the heat and stir for a few more minutes.

  14. Unwrap the thawed puff pastry sheets and lay them on a floured surface.

  15. Roll them out into squares and cut into 9 equal-sized squares each.

  16. Distribute curry between the squares.

  17. Adjust the amount of curry in each square accordingly.

  18. Fold squares into triangles.

  19. Place on baking tray and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.

  20. Serve with any sauce and enjoy!!
