No-Bake Breakfast Rolls

These breakfast rolls are easy to make, tangy, and just overall amazing!
(This recipe makes 4 servings.)
Ingredients:
- 4 Pieces of Bread
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Potato
- Butter, as Desired
- 3 Eggs, or as Desired
- Coconut Oil, as Needed
- Vegetable Oil, as Needed
- Salt to Taste
- Pepper to Taste
- Water, as Needed
Recipe:
1. Cut off the bread crusts
2. Roll out the bread as thin as possible
3. Separate your eggs and put each egg white in its own bowl
4. Fry the yolks in coconut oil with salt and pepper
5. Fry the whites in coconut oil with salt, pepper, and water
6. Wash and peel your potato
7. Slice thinly and drain of starch in ice water
8. Slice to make even thinner and drain of starch again until the water runs clear
9. Heat some butter in a pan
10. Put in potato slices and season generously
11. Mix well and let fry
12. Wash your tomato and cut into circular slices
13. Coat the bottom of a deep skillet with vegetable oil
14. Put in your tomato slices and season well
15. Flip over and roast both sides
16. Combine the tomatoes to form a sauce
17. Customize and enjoy!
Tips
> When separating your eggs, it's okay if some yolks get into the whites or vice versa. The end result will mostly be the same, but separating the eggs will help them to cook better.
