These crisp chocolate cookies with a layer of peppermint icing in between them are the perfect dessert, snack, and pick-me-up for when you're having "one of those days"! - 1 Cup of Sugar
- 9 Tablespoons of Unsalted Butter
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/4 Cups of All-Purpose Flour
- 7 1/2 Tablespoons of Chocolate Chips
- 1 Tablespoon of Baking Soda
- 1/2 Tablespoon of Baking Powder
- 1 Pinch of Salt
*Filling/Icing Ingredients:
- 1/4 of a Cup of Butter
- 1 Cup of Sugar
- 1/2 of a Tablespoon of Peppermint Extract
