The Easiest Mango Kulfi!





Hey guys! Today, I made this amazing mango kulfi! It tasted really good and I couldn't stop eating it! This recipe make one dozen so if you want more or less, make sure to double or half the measurements.







Ingredients:

- 2 Cups of Mango Pulp

- 1/2 Can of Sweet Condensed Milk

- 1/2 Box of Whipped Cream

- 3/4 Can of Evaporated Milk

- 1/2 Tablespoon of Salt

***YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE ANY OF THE INGREDIENTS***

Steps:

1. In a large bowl, mix the evaporated milk and the mango pulp.

2. Mix in the sweet condensed milk and whipped cream.

3. Make sure it is mixed properly.

4. Add the salt and mix.

5. Pour the mixture into the cups.

6. Cover the cups with aluminum foil and stick a popsicle stick in them.

7. Put them in a freezer for 3 hours or overnight.

8. Take them out and enjoy!
