The Quickest and Easiest Homemade Jalebi

Hey, guys! Today we are going over the easiest and quickest way to make jalebis. Jalebis (also known as zulbias, jilapis, mushabaks, or zalabias) are a classic Indian dessert soaked in sugar syrup. These delicious treats can also be a snack. In addition, this recipe does not require letting the batter rest, unlike most jalebi recipes, giving you an instant and scrumptious snack.

Ingredients:

- 1 Cup of All-Purpose Flour

- Turmeric, as Needed

- 1/3 of a Cup of Curd, or Yogurt

- 2/3 of a Cup of Water

- 1 Teaspoon of Baking Soda

- Cardamom, as Desired

- 1 Cup of Sugar


Note: When you put the jalebis into the sugar syrup, the spider ladle may get some syrup on it, so if you are using the same ladle to fry the next batch of jalebis, the jalebis may become slightly red in some places.
