Tin Drum Fried Rice

Hey guys! Today, I went to Tin Drum for lunch. (Sorry I couldn’t include a picture) I ordered fried rice there and I have a few things to say. First of all, the rice and vegetables were fried very good and tasted amazing. But, there was one thing that concerned me. There was loads of oil at the bottom of the rice and when I mixed it in, I had soggy rice! There was just WAY TOO MUCH oil and I thought that people who were trying to go on a diet probably wouldn’t enjoy this. Overall, it was pretty good, but I think the chefs at Tin Drum should definitely lower the amount of oil that they put into their fried rice.
