Yummy Carrot Halva!


Ingredients for Carrot Halva:

-4 cups of carrots

-1 cups of sugar

-1 cup of milk

-1/4 stick of ghee/butter

-2 handfuls of cashews

-3 tablespoons of cardamom powder or pistachio powder

Instructions: - 2 handfuls of almonds

1. Take butter and put it in a pan with medium heat. -less than a pinch of saffron

2. Add the cashews and almonds. -1 cup of milk kova/ panner/ cottage cheese

3. Add your grated carrots and mix.

4. Add your milk.

5. After the carrots have absorbed the milk, add sugar a little at a time.

6. Add a pinch of saffron.

7. Add your milk kova/ paneer/ cottage cheese.

8. Add your pistachio powder.

9. Mix well and make sure most of the moisture is gone.

10. Transfer into a bowl and enjoy!
